We are thrilled to announce that Megan Cartwright has joined the 22 IMPACT family as Executive Assistant to the agency and Personal Assistant to CEO, Freedom Doran.
As 22 IMPACT continues to grow across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and ASEAN, Megan's arrival opens an exciting new chapter – one that strengthens the team behind the talent, the campaigns, and the vision.
Megan brings a well-rounded professional background spanning executive and PA support, the fashion and modelling industry, and events and PR.
Her experience across these worlds makes her a natural fit for a fast-paced, creative agency like 22 IMPACT, where no two days look the same and being able to move between worlds with ease is essential.
In her new role, Megan will be the operational backbone supporting Freedom and the wider agency. Her responsibilities span:
Diary and schedule management.
Communications.
Campaign and project coordination.
Travel logistics.
Acting as a first point of contact for talent, clients, and partners across 22 IMPACT's global network.
“I am so excited to be joining 22 IMPACT at such a pivotal moment for the agency. The energy, the ambition, and the talent here are unlike anything I have experienced before. I can not wait to get stuck in again, supporting Freedom, and help drive everything forward.”
Megan Cartwright, Executive Assistant & PA to CEO, 22 IMPACT
Bringing the right person into a role this close to the heart of the agency is not a decision taken lightly. Megan stood out immediately when she was first hired last year. Her background, her instincts, and her energy are exactly what 22 IMPACT needs as we head into one of the most exciting periods in our history.
“Welcoming Megan back to 22 IMPACT feels like a turning point. Having someone I trust completely at my side means I can focus on the bigger picture – our talent, our partnerships, our global growth – knowing the day-to-day is in the best possible hands. I am genuinely so pleased to have her here.”
Freedom Doran, CEO, 22 IMPACT
For 22 IMPACT, bookings are only part of the job. The work is building careers, shaping brands, and creating impact in every market we operate in. With an expanding presence across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and ASEAN – and a packed campaign season ahead – the agency is growing at a pace that demands the very best people behind it.
Megan's appointment comes from that ambition. With her on board, Freedom is freed up to focus on the strategic direction of the agency, on nurturing talent, and on building the global partnerships that will define 22 IMPACT's next era.
Please join us in giving Megan the warmest of welcomes. We are thrilled to have her, and we cannot wait for you to see what we build together.
