The information we collect
When you apply to be a model or a talent, through www.22impact.com/models/apply or www.22impact.com/talents/apply, we collect your name and contact details, your date of birth, your location, your body measurements including height and chest or bust measurement, your Instagram handle and other social accounts, a link you give us to photographs of yourself (a headshot, a half length and a full length image, typically hosted on Google Drive or Dropbox), and anything you write in the comments field.

Your photographs and your measurements are the substance of an application to a model or talent agency, and we cannot assess one without them. Your date of birth tells us whether you are old enough to apply and, if you are under 18, what extra protections apply.

When you contact us, we collect your name, your company, your email address, and whatever you tell us. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

When you visit the site, the tools listed below collect your IP address, your approximate location derived from it, your device and browser, the pages you view, how you arrived, and, in one case, the organisation associated with your network.

When you are a client, supplier, or partner, we collect the business contact details of the people we deal with and the records of the work: briefs, bookings, invoices, and correspondence.

When we approach you about working together, we may hold business contact details obtained from professional sources such as company websites, LinkedIn, and business contact data providers. Ask us to stop at any time and we will.

We do not ask for your race or ethnicity, your health, your religion, or other sensitive information through the site. Some of what an application naturally contains, such as a photograph, may nonetheless reveal things about you. We use it only to consider and, if you are represented, to promote you.

Children and young people
People under 18 apply to model agencies, and we recognise that. If you are under 18, apply only with the knowledge and agreement of a parent or guardian, and we will deal with them as well as with you. We ask for your date of birth so that we know.

We do not knowingly collect information from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, write to legal@22impact.com and we will delete it.

How we use it
If we offer user accounts or portals and you register, you must keep your login details secret and secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or where we reasonably believe security is at risk.

Framer (Framer B.V.): Hosts and serves the site, and records basic page events

These load when you visit the site. We do not show a cookie banner, so we are telling you here instead, plainly, rather than burying it.

You can stop them:

Block or delete cookies in your browser. Every browser can do this, and it works on all of the above.

Turn on Global Privacy Control, a setting in some browsers and extensions that signals you do not want your information sold or shared. We honour it.

Opt out of Google Analytics specifically with Google's own browser add on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Embedded posts from social platforms mean those platforms can see that you loaded the page. We do not control what they then do, and their own privacy policies apply.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some of the tools above, particularly the analytics and visitor tracking, may count as "sharing" for advertising purposes under California and other state laws. The browser controls above are how you stop that.

We share information with the suppliers who run our business systems, each acting on our instructions: Attio for client and contact records, Supabase for our data warehouse, Klaviyo for email, Missive for shared inboxes, Google Workspace for email, documents and storage, Mediaslide for model and talent management, Dropbox Sign for signing agreements, Stripe for payments, and Notion and Slack for internal working.

If you apply to be represented, or you are represented by us, we share what a client needs in order to consider or book you: typically your portfolio, your measurements, and your availability. That is the point of the agency.

We also share information with our professional advisers, and where the law requires it.

Where your information is held
We are a United States company and your information is held in the United States, along with most of our suppliers. If you are outside the United States and you send us information, you are sending it to the United States.

How long we keep it
Applications that do not lead to representation: three years from your last contact with us, so that we can consider you for castings that come up later. Ask us to remove you sooner and we will.

Records of people we represent: the duration of the agreement and seven years afterwards, which is the period over which a claim about the work could still be brought or a tax authority could still ask.

Client and supplier records, including invoices: seven years from the end of the relationship, for the same reason.

Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

Website analytics: fourteen months, which is what the Google Analytics property is set to.

When a period ends we delete the information or anonymise it so that it no longer identifies you.

Your choices and your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from anything we send. None of it costs anything and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you live in a state with a comprehensive privacy law, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Virginia, you also have the right to know what we collect and who we disclose it to, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising and of the sale or sharing of your information. California residents: we do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 16.

Write to legal@22impact.com. We will confirm we have your request and answer within 45 days, and tell you if we need another 45 because it is complicated. We may need to check who you are before we act, and somebody you authorise can make a request for you.

If we turn a request down we will say why, and you can ask us to look again by replying to that email. You can also contact your state's Attorney General.

Keeping it safe
Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, protected by individual accounts and multi factor authentication, and the systems themselves are run by established suppliers. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if something happens that we are required to report.

Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do changes. The date at the top says when it last changed, and material changes will be flagged on the site.
