Meet Jules: 22 IMPACT welcomes new model division intern

We're pleased to welcome Jules Underwood to the 22 IMPACT team, joining the model division as Model Development Intern and Junior Booker.
As the agency grows across the UK, USA, Canada, Europe, and ASEAN, the model division is busier than ever. Jules joins to learn the craft of booking and model development from the ground up, and to start building the relationships the job runs on.
Introducing Jules Underwood
Jules arrives with more behind her than most people at the start of a booking career. She's studying Fashion Communication and Promotion at Nottingham Trent University, runs her own creative agency with clients across fashion and music, and has worked as a social media marketing director, growing one brand's Instagram audience by 32,000 in a year. She's also written for Broke Magazine and worked as a buying assistant at M&S, reading trends and managing supplier relationships.
The part that matters most for this role is the modelling. Jules has walked at New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week, and Graduate Fashion Week, so she knows the work from the model's side: the castings, the long days, the trust between a model and the people booking them. That perspective is exactly what makes for a good developer and booker.
As Model Development Intern, she'll work with the team on scouting, portfolio development, and supporting our models day to day. As Junior Booker, she'll get hands-on with client liaison, castings, bookings, and the logistics that keep the division moving.
"I'm really excited to be joining 22 IMPACT. I've been on the model's side of the industry, and I know how much the right support changes things. I can't wait to learn from the team and put that into practice for our roster."
- Jules Underwood, Model Development Intern & Junior Booker, 22 IMPACT
"Jules stood out straight away. She understands the industry from the inside, she's driven, and she genuinely cares about the people she'll be working with. She's going to be a real asset to the division, and I'm looking forward to seeing her grow with us."
- Jasmine Breakspear, Head of Models, 22 IMPACT

A growing team
Bringing on people at the start of their careers matters to us. The next generation of bookers and developers learns the job by doing it, alongside people who do it well. Jules's appointment is part of that: investing in the division, and in the people who'll help run it.
Please join us in giving Jules the warmest of welcomes. We're glad to have her here.
