What happens if a booked model cancels or falls ill?

We line up a replacement fast. Because we work across our own board and a wider network, we can usually cover a drop-out without moving your shoot date.
Is there a minimum booking?

We work to your production. Half day, full day or a full campaign schedule, tell us the brief and we'll confirm what suits.
Can you handle last minute and rush castings?

Yes. We've turned around specific briefs in under 48 hours. Send it over and we'll tell you straight away what's possible on your timeline.
How does usage and exclusivity work if the model has other bookings?

We check for conflicts before we confirm, and agree exclusivity terms in writing so there's no clash with another brand.
Do you cast outside the UK?

Yes. We coordinate travel for UK models and can source locally through our network for shoots abroad.
