The Deal
Four things worth knowing before you apply. No small print.
Commission
Taken from what you earn on work we book. We charge the client 20% on top of your fee, which doesn’t come out of your pocket.
Upfront, ever
You never pay us to join, to be on the board, or for test shoots. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it isn’t us.
Everything else, on the call
Contract length, notice, exclusivity and how we handle work you bring in yourself. We’ll walk you through all of it properly.
We chase the client, not you
Clients rarely pay on the day. Chasing them is our job, not yours, and your fees are held in a client account until they reach you.
No follower minimum. But we are selective.

We’re based in London and work with creators across the UK, and internationally through our teams in the USA and Bangkok. If you’re outside the UK and the work fits, distance isn’t the problem.
