Submitting to a casting does not guarantee representation, booking, or work. We may remove or decline content at our discretion. If your organisation contracts with a 22 IMPACT entity in another country, the governing law and forum may be as stated in the relevant service agreement.

Service specific notes: model and talent representation
Representation is offered only under a signed agency agreement. Rates, usage, buyouts, overtime, travel days, expenses, cancellations, weather days, and options are governed by the relevant booking confirmation. Clients are responsible for permits, insurance, safe working conditions, and compliance with applicable laws, including safeguarding and chaperone requirements for minors.

Service specific notes: event production and on site services
Clients remain responsible for venue approvals, local licences, health and safety, and adequate insurance. Force majeure and postponement terms will be set out in the event statement of work.

Service specific notes: brand campaigns and UGC
Deliverables, timelines, approval rounds, creator guidelines, disclosure, and usage rights will be specified in the insertion order or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, usage is limited to the territory, media, and term stated on the booking form.
