What we do

Built for bookings,
not just buzz

We plan and run hospitality PR end to end. The angle for an opening, a new menu or a refurbishment, press materials, outreach to food, drink and travel writers, critic and creator visits, and a recap of what ran. Because we also manage models, creators and talent and produce events, we can fill the opening night and build it too. One team, one plan, one report.

What’s covered

Everything an opening needs
to get written about

Everything an opening needs to get written about

Sunlit city street with cars and pedestrians

01

Press outreach

Pitching to the food, drink, travel and lifestyle writers who cover your kind of venue, with follow ups that get an answer.

People in a green park overlooking the city

02

Openings and announcements

Launches, relaunches, refurbishments, new menus and chef appointments, each with an angle worked out before anything goes out.

People walking through a green city street

03

Press materials

Releases, imagery, menus and fact sheets packaged so a writer can cover you without chasing for details.

06

Coverage reporting

Every piece that ran, with the title, date, reach and a link, plus what the visits produced and what we’d do next.

Beyond the press list

The press, the people and the room

Most hospitality PR stops at the pitch. We also manage models, creators and talent, and we produce events. So when an opening needs a full room, creators through the door or a launch night built from scratch, you don’t brief three more suppliers. The talent is ours, the event team is ours, and the coverage and content land in one report.

Creators through the door

Visits from creators and talent we already manage, who post because the place fits, not because they were paid to.

Opening nights we produce

Launch parties, press nights, tasting dinners and takeovers built by our own event team, with press on the guest list from the start.

Faces for the room

Models, hosts and talent from our roster to work the room and front the imagery.

Why choose us

PR without the chaos

01

Writers who already cover
your world

We pitch to editors, critics and writers who already cover hotels, restaurants and bars, not a bought list.

02

On it when it counts

Fast replies and calm handling when an opening date moves or a visit changes at the last minute.

03

Talent and events under one roof

Creators, faces and the opening night come from the same team as the press. No gaps between suppliers.

04

Reporting you can actually read

What ran, where, who it reached and what we’re doing next. No fluff.

How we work

Straight answers before you sign

01

No guaranteed reviews

Critics choose where they eat and what they write. Anyone who guarantees a review is paying for it or guessing. We guarantee the work: the right angle, to the right writers, followed up properly.

02

No made-up numbers

We don’t report advertising value equivalents. The industry’s own measurement body, AMEC, rejects them. You get the coverage itself: title, date, reach and a link.

03

No minimum term

No lock-in on a retainer. We’d rather keep you because the coverage is landing than because a contract says so.

04

Scope in writing

Retainer or project, you’ll know what’s included, what isn’t and what it costs before anything starts.

Can you guarantee a review?

−

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Critics choose where they eat and what they write. We guarantee the work behind it: the right angle, the right writers and proper follow ups.

How far ahead of opening should we start?

+

As early as you can. Monthly magazines and guides plan months ahead, while online and national press move in days. Tell us your date and we’ll tell you which titles are still realistic.

Do you work on retainer or per project?

+

Both. A retainer for ongoing press, or a project for a single opening or moment. We’ll recommend whichever fits after the consultation.

Is there a minimum term?

+

No. There’s no minimum term on a retainer, so you’re never tied in to PR that isn’t working.

What do you report on?

+

Every piece of coverage with the title, date, reach and a link, plus what the critic and creator visits produced. No advertising value equivalents.

Can you bring creators to the venue?

+

Yes. We manage models, creators and talent, so visits can come from our own roster as well as from people outside it.

Can you run the opening night as well?

+

Yes. Our event production team builds and runs launches, press nights, dinners and takeovers, with press on the guest list from the start.

Do you only work in London?

+

No. We have offices in the UK, the USA and Bangkok, and we support openings across Europe, the USA and Southeast Asia.
